Good luck with the excess baggage.
I've got enough of my own, and it really is no great help to anyone for me to carry on dragging it around - it's bad for my back if nothing else.
Some time away has given me a bit of breathing space, and I'm trying to be a bit less uptight about everything - it's a start.
Maybe when the work madness calms down you can get a bit more time and space for yourself.
